  36.  A Fragmented disk:  a) Free space is not in one single chunk.
  37.                      b) Large files end up "spread out" all over the disk.
  38.                      c) Directory & File-header blocks (technical)
  39.                         are "spread out".
  40.                         Much of: write new file, delete very old file...

  42.  All of the above makes disk access slower. Recalced to a %-age by ReOrg.
  43.  This appears more or less on other OS'es too.
